Breathe Release Class
This class will focus on the many different types and patterns of breathing that you can use to decrease your stress in any moment as well as improve your health over time. Dr Bob will discuss the role of breathing in influencing the central nervous system and your general physiology. It is a fun and very practical class. Afterwards, you will be able to choose to change your breathing patterns at times to balance you in your challenging situations whether it be unable to sleep or preparing for a difficult presentation of discussion. Stretch Release Class
Most people know that stretching is valuable but most people do not stretch on a regular basis. What I hear the most often is that people did some stretching but they did not see the results. If you do not know how to stretch properly, it is of little or no benefit to you. This class will review the fundamentals of stretching and we will do them so that you will feel the difference. Learn this safe and very effective methods of using a foam roller at home at your convenience to work out your own personal tight areas.
